Nestled in the heart of Ballan, The hair retreat is a warm, comfortable familiar environment home to our small but talented, creative team. We offer a versatile and incredible range of services customizable to suit our clients.
What started back in 2018 as a mini boutique home studio has organically grown significantly in both size and reputation, We created and moved to our beautiful space at 116D Inglis st (amongst the uncertian world) in December 2020 and haven't looked back.

We continue to introduce new products and techniques as they develop within the industry as needs + trends are ever changing. We are passionate about hair care + education bringing you industry leading products, backed by world class education.

We pride our self on our quality of services, products, education and environment but also transparency. We do our best to manage expectations and provide suggestions best suited for your needs and budget.

BOOKING + CANCELLATION POLICY
For your first visit we do require a $50 deposit to secure an appointment, this deposit is fully refundable and transferable up to 24h before your appointment should you change your mind or appointment.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a more suitable appointment for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, a cancellation fee of 50% of your total booked services will apply.
